How to manually add the header image to your own form

Download the image from the link and follow the instructions below:

1. Open the form you'd like to add the header to and click the "Customize theme" button in the top right-hand corner.
2. Within the "Theme options" panel, click the "Choose image" button in the Header section.
3. In the "Select Header" panel, click the "UPLOAD" tab. Add the 黑料网 header image from your computer. Click "Done"
4. If you'd like the theme color to match the color in the banner image, create a custom color with the following hex code: #293652.
