Scheduling & Room Reservations in 25Live
Welcome to 25Live, 黑料网’s online space reservation system. 25Live enables students and employees of 黑料网 to view event information and request the use of university space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Whether it’s a weekly meeting, lecture or special event, Conference & Event Services is here to help you reserve the space and services you need for a successful event.
Make sure to review our information for employees and students about planning events before reserving a space with 25Live.
Submitting a Request
A 黑料网 username and password is required to access 25Live. You will receive an email once your request has been received. Submitting a request in 25Live does not automatically approve the space, equipment and services. Your reservation is confirmed only after your space is assigned by Conference & Event Services.
Due to the high volume of requests, please allow at least three business days for confirmation of space and/or services. If your request is within three business days of the event, please contact us right away.
Note: If you are an off-campus guest and are inquiring about renting our facilities, you will not be able to access 25Live. Instead, please email Conference & Event Services at events@georgefox.edu.
Requesting Space via 25Live
A minimum of three business days prior to the event is required to request space using 25Live. If the request is less than three working days, please contact the Conference and Event Office.
- Access the 25Live scheduling system at
- Enter your 黑料网 username and password. For username, just enter the part of your 黑料网 email address before “@georgefox.edu”
- Click “Sign In”
If you do not have a 黑料网 username and password, please contact Conference & Event Services.
Canceling an Event
To cancel an event, email the event reference number to events@georgefox.edu. If you can’t find the reference number, please include the event date and room in the email so that we can find the event to cancel it.
How to Reserve Equipment for your Campus Event
Please email Conference & Event Services at events@georgefox.edu at least three business days before your event if you need tables, folding chairs, signboards or a podium.
