Heather Rainey
Program and Operations Manager, Doctoral Programs
Heather Rainey has been serving the seminary doctoral programs since 2012, helping to create space for growth and learning among ministry and other professional leaders.
Heather is pursuing her MBA with the aim of graduating in August 2025. Her professional interests include organizational behavior, group dynamics, leadership, and process optimization. Her work focuses on creating efficient pathways and supportive structures for daily program operations and face-to-face intensives for students. Heather’s primary objective is always to enhance the student experience and foster a successful doctoral journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and kayaking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Heather always loves spending time with her husband, enjoys her adult children during vacations and regular family game nights, and appreciates the simple moments with her grandson and dogs. She happily and consistently overshares photos of both her grandson and her dogs with her colleagues.
